I’ve spent the last week, or so, reading the report I received back from the editor. I’ve also made changes to the story based on her feedback.
I’ve dropped one of the characters, and their story. While I liked the character, and I thought it was an interesting plot, if I was honest with myself, it never really involved itself in the overall theme of the story. I might be able to use it some other way in the future.
For the other characters I just needed to move some events around so that it felt more realistic. Change how one character look at the events that were happening. Nothing major.
I am shocked.
