Received the beta reader report back from Robert.
It was a very glowing report. He enjoyed reading Stigma. To use his words
I couldn’t put it down!
Which I must admin made me feel a bit shocked. I guess one of these days I’m going to have to come to terms with what I’ve written might not be a complete and utter load of rubbish.
While the report was glowing, it wasn’t all good news.
He did feel a bit frustrated that I’d hinted at things going on in the UK, that I hadn’t then gone on to explain. I think my plan was to let the reader imagine what those scenarios might look like. Or maybe I assumed the reader knew what I was thinking, and didn’t bother to write it down.
Whatever the reason, I’m going to add a few more paragraphs and chapters to lead the reader somewhat down those paths. Hopefully that will make those parts a little more fulfilling.
