I’ve hired a beta reader to tell me what makes sense and what doesn’t in the story. Unlike the editor review, who advised on the technical aspects of the story, this person will hopefully tell me what it’s like from a reader’s point of view.
I do need to find some more, so I can make any tweaks that are needed before I spend money of getting it copyedited.
